Realan team building activities

 In order to enhance team cohesion, to improve teamwork effectiveness and collective spirits, to strengthen team communication and information exchange, Realan organized an interesting departments activities on August 26th, the activities were divided into three departments, manufacturing center, oversea trade department and engineering department, the activities enhance the understanding between team, and let the group close to nature.

Manufacturing center—— Relaxed and happy cultural activities
 
The activity of the manufacturing center was held in the company's conference room.
 At the beginning of the activity, the general manager Ms.Zhang, took the first 
speech, to thank all the members of the team, for the company's development efforts,
 “I hope all of you work hard and play harder, I hope everyone can enjoy the fun 
and bring happy mood to each other, Healthy life, happy work!” Ms.Zhang said.
 
Then the Director of Manufacturing center Miss Jiang also thank everyone for their
 support and cooperation in the work, hoping to improve their efficiency and work
 closely in the future, and continue to make their own contribution to the 
development of the company. Then the fun game began.

The team activity of oversea trade department was outdoor barbecue. “do it yourself, and you will get the food!”

family the understanding between team was enhanced，and had achieved the purpose 
of improving the efficiency of communication!
